The 2nd Annual Bundle Up and Pack Up aims to provide students with essential cold-weather apparel, including coats for elementary school children and hoodies for middle and high school students, along with toboggans and gloves for all. Additionally, we will replenish school supplies and distribute food boxes to each family. This event is designed to:

Unfortunately, our online registration has reached full capacity, and as a result, it is now closed. If you were unable to register online, you can still sign up in person on the day of the event – January 3, 2026. We will be providing school supplies, coats, hoodies, beanies, gloves, toboggans, and hearty snack bags for students, along with substantial food boxes for each family.
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION - JANUARY 3, 2025 AT 1:30PM!
In the event of any no-shows, we will begin distributing unclaimed items starting at 2:00 PM until 3:30 PM or until all remaining materials are gone. Therefore, it’s best to arrive when in-person registration opens. You can register in person for any unclaimed items starting at 1:30 PM. Distribution will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
