Bundle Up and Pack Up - January 4, 2024
Jefferson Middle School

The Bundle Up and Pack Up Initiative is focused on providing students with essential cold-weather clothing - coats for elementary school children and hoodies for middle and high school students, as well as toboggans and gloves for all students. In addition, we will restock student backpacks with school supplies. We will also distribute food boxes for each family. This initiative is designed to support those who might lack adequate winter wear, allowing students to return to school without the worry of the cold, provide school supplies to ensure students have the necessary materials for the second half of the academic year, and food boxes for the family to help lessen the grocery costs as the family starts the New Year.

Calling All Volunteers

Volunteers are essential to our nonprofit, making a considerable impact by lowering the costs of providing services to those in need and allow us to provide more to those in need while improving the quality of our service delivery. If you're interested in making a difference and helping us support those requiring assistance, please consider volunteering on January 4, 2025, as we distribute warm clothing and school supplies to students in need. Every child deserves to feel prepared and supported as they return to school after the winter break. However, for some within our community, the cold season introduces additional challenges. Imagine starting the school day without a proper coat or essential school supplies. We kindly ask you to consider assisting us in providing necessary warmth and resources to students in need.  Won't you think about becoming a sponsor.  The sponsor levels:

  • Warm Hearts Sponsor - $250
    Provide  school supplies for 25 students and beanies/gloves for 10 students

  • Mid-Year Essentials Sponsor - $500
    Supports 50 students with necessary school supplies and hoodies

  • Bundle & Repack Sponsor - $1,000
    Equips 80 students with winter coats and school supplies

The Bundle Up & Pack Up event aims to provide students with warm attire and essential school supplies for the latter half of the academic year, we hope to ease the financial requirements on families, enabling students to focus on their education without the distraction of insufficient resources.  Our initiative will provide coats for elementary students and hoodies for middle and high school students, and toboggans, gloves and school supplies for all.
